I want to get a job doing web design, and thus plot to take a course or three in web design/development – maybe get an associate’s degree.

Everytime I question a HTML question I get the same ancient “no one uses html anymore” answer, but that’s what they lecture in the Academe of Phoenix Online, Information Technology: Visual Communications course. If it’s so outdated why don’t they lecture CSS instead?
