Question X on my form is a telephone system group that has 3 possible choices. If the customer picks option 2, I need to have a drop-down box appear that has 3 options. How do I accomplish this? I would like the drop-down box to be hidden until the customer selects option 2.
ie… everytime someone fills out my form…..How would the basic code look for this? Does anyone have an example I could look at?

It’s just a form for Name, and send by e-mail address. When they click the button below, I want it to send by e-mail the information that they entered in the boxes to my send by e-mail or anywhere else I could retrieve it. Thanks
