Members of the Highland Park High School’s Global Awareness Group show their wrist bracelets, which they sold to raise money for victims of the Japanese tsunami. Highland Park hopes to become a choice school for a “global citizens” curriculum.

I just getting started with html, so I’m not that excellent in it.
and my information about it is not that well.
please help me.
I just see that each time I place a background in it
It always appeared tiled up.
is it possible to strecht out the image.
If yes please show me what should I add up in the tag.
