Winners announced in CIVIC design competition
Preservation Pittsburgh open awards tonight to four designs in its “Civic Minded” design competition for thoughts for reusing the Civic Arena. Despite the lack of prize money, the non-profit advocacy group received 19 entries from Pittsburgh and as far away as California, Alabama and Oregon.
